I’ve had this twice now so I’ll have to get the Hong Kong Style roast pork next. I’m curious about the difference.

Anyway, this was good. Better than the first time.

i suspect roast pig and roast pork is the same thing… probably just the size of pig… but if you see bbq pork, that’s nice, too… pork tenderloin marinaded in a thick sticky sweet bbq sauce (tastes different to western bbq sauce) and it gives the pork a distinct deep red colour. you see them sliced or diced in fried noodles, and fried rice a lot. it’s called char siu, it’s used also in steamed buns.. very versatile hehe

Thanks. I’m afraid I won’t be much help. I don’t know what happened to the pigs face. This pig is from a restaurant and I ate what they gave me. Also, the restaurant is in Cleveland, Ohio. It’s only Hong Kong style. I’ve never been to Hong Kong. Sorry. Good luck with your essay.
